Continue to the lovely Temple of Hatshepsut, ancient Egypt’s first female pharaoh and regarded today as one of its most successful. Sail to Esna, sail to Edfu. Overnight in Edfu.
In the morning, visit the Horus Temple of Edfu, one of the three beautiful temples of the Ptolemaic Period.
Sail to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the Sobek Temple, dedicated to the two gods, which offers beautiful murals and reliefs. Sail to Aswan. Overnight in Aswan.
Start a tour of Aswan High Dam Egypt's modern example of building on a monumental scale.
Continue by a short motor-boat ride to the Temple of Philae on the island of Agilka, the temple was dedicated to Isis, sister/wife of Osiris and patroness of the Ptolemaic rule.

Visit the Giza Plateau, site of the pyramids of Mycerinus and Chefren as well as the Great Pyramid; continue to Memphis capital of the pharaohs during the Old Kingdom, lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Sakkara to see the prototype of the Pyramids and the Step Pyramid built for the 3rd Dynasty pharaoh Djoser by the exalted architect Imhotep.
This morning, join our Egyptologist for an exploration of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities to view its huge collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Old Cairo to visit the Citadel of Salah El Din and the Mohammed Ali Mosque situated high above the city.
Continue to visit the Church of Abu Serga, Moallaqa Church (Hanging Church) and Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt.
For those who wish to browse and shop, your tour will stop at the Khan El Khalily Bazaar displaying and selling all types of oriental goods.
Transfer to Cairo airport for final departure.
